Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LedgerFlow (“the Service”) provided by Tytan Technology (“Tytan”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LedgerFlow is a cloud-based accounting and financial management platform. Features include but are not limited to: general ledger, invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliation via Plaid, tax management, and financial reporting. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3. Account and Access

Access to LedgerFlow is provisioned by Tytan following an approved subscription request. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at request@tytantech.com
• Ensuring all users in your organization comply with these Terms

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as chosen at sign-up.
• Annual subscriptions are paid upfront and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until end of the paid period.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.
• Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension after 14 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that disrupts normal operation
• Use the Service to process or store illegally obtained financial data

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into LedgerFlow. Tytan does not claim any ownership over your data. You may export your data at any time. Upon cancellation, we will provide a data export upon request within 30 days.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, except as required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tytan's total liability for any claim arising from your use of LedgerFlow shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your access ceases and data is retained for 90 days per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
